Shipping Policy – Lim Marina

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • You may request changes to your shipping address before your order has been processed and shipped by contacting us at info@limmarina.com.

  • Once your order is processed or shipped, no changes or cancellations can be made.

  • After shipping, the order cannot be canceled or recalled.


2. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard shipping: 6–10 business days (average)

  • Maximum delivery time: up to 30 days, depending on customs clearance and local carrier delays.

Note: Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to external factors such as customs inspections, carrier delays, weather conditions, or strikes.


3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

    • Your tracking number

    • Carrier details

    • A link to track your shipment online

  • Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to update after dispatch.


4. Customs, Duties & Import Fees

  • All orders are shipped from our fulfillment partners in China.

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

  • These fees are not included in our prices and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • If customs fees are not paid and the package is returned or destroyed, no refund will be issued.


5. Address Accuracy & Changes

  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

  • If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at info@limmarina.com.

    • Address changes can only be made before the order has been processed and shipped.

  • Once the order is shipped, no address changes are possible, and Lim Marina cannot be held responsible for delivery errors.


6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

  • Lim Marina is not responsible for delays or losses caused by:

    • Incorrect or incomplete address details,

    • Unclaimed packages, or

    • Delivery refusals by the recipient.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the package.


7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your tracking shows the package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.

  • Lim Marina is not liable for:

    • Packages marked as delivered but not received,

    • Delays caused by the carrier or customs,

    • Packages lost after confirmed delivery.

Tip: Use a secure delivery address and regularly track your shipment to avoid issues.


8. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

  • Promotional offers such as “Free Shipping” apply only when explicitly stated.
